How long does the shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 1 to 6 weeks. There might be sight delays during holidays.Express shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Important! If your shipment is late, please check the provided tracking number before contacting us.
What to do if I did not get tracking number?
If you did not get your tracking number it is because your items were not shipped yet (handling time is 1-3 business days, more in Terms & Conditions) or you did not enter your email when ordering and we were not able to send you your tracking number. In the latter case, please contact us with your full name and products you ordered or payment copy and we will provide you your tracking number.
What to do if my package arrived damaged?
Firstly, if you see that the package is damaged - do not accept it from the shipping company. If you did accept a damaged item please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Any claims after 7 days of delivery is not guaranteed to be fulfilled. After proof of claim is received, we will either send a full refund or a replacement for the product you ordered. If shipping carrier does not accept claim made from the recipient, please send us all the information with clear pictures showing packaging, shipping label and damaged item as soon as possible.
What if my product has very small visual issues?
Due to the manufacturing process and the nature of carbon fiber materials, small visual imperfections, such as slight surface variations or minor marks, are normal. These are especially common on the back of the product and do not affect its durability or performance.
